Return & Exchange Policy:
We will replace or refund damaged products due to shipping. Each requested refund or replacement will be handled on an individual basis.
Shipping Policy:
We ship pretty much anywhere but please note, the price for each item listed does not include shipping and handling, this will be added after the order is placed.
If this product is in stock it will be shipped within 2-3 days of the order being placed. If it is not in stock, please allow 10-12 days to be shipped. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you when it has shipped.
Product Information:
Each piece of wood is cut individually and cut to be proportional. All of these flags, except for the Military Flags, are approximately 19"x 32", However, due to the age and type of the wood, when they are put together they may not always have straight edges, squared corners and the stripes may not all be the same length. Our flags are not perfect but we believe this adds to the uniqueness, beauty and character of each flag.
These flags are made to be displayed inside but can be hung outside if kept under an eave and out of the weather. There are several coats of lacquer on the front of each piece. Lacquer can be added to the backside if requested, this will be an additional price.
Depending on the flag and the size, the backing is either fiberboard, wooden braces or both. Each flag comes with either one or two hangers on the back.
